    Fair and performance based

PHILOSOPHY

We only work with teams and concepts we find compelling and have great potential. They must have an overarching goal of making the world a better place, thus a positive impact. When we find such a team, we are willing to put our bets on them. The team can count on us to be there for them, always!

Our terms are flexible and are tailor-made to your needs.

1. PART-TIME CFO / COACH

For acting as a part-time CFO / coach, we will take a monthly retainer or charge a fair hourly or daily rate.

2. FUNDRAISING

If the engagement includes active support in fundraising, we will charge a small monthly retainer plus a market standard success fee of the capital raised – in shares and cash.

3. TURNAROUND

For restructuring advisory, we charge a monthly retainer as well as a success fee when we are involved in the implementation.

4. SPECIFIC CONSULTING SERVICES

For specific consulting services, we charge a fair hourly or daily rate.

4. NETWORK PARTNERS

The conditions for the cooperation with one of our network partners are always bilateral between you and the respective network partner.
