PART-TIME CFO \/ COACH<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">For acting as a part-time CFO \/ coach, we will take a monthly retainer or charge a fair hourly or daily rate.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#646464; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2. FUNDRAISING<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">If the engagement includes active support in fundraising, we will charge a small monthly retainer plus a market standard success fee of the capital raised \u2013 in shares and cash.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>3. TURNAROUND<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">For restructuring advisory, we charge a monthly retainer as well as a success fee when we are involved in the implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>4. SPECIFIC CONSULTING SERVICES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">For specific consulting services, we charge a fair hourly or daily rate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>4.
